Brisbane Architecture Office Set for Major Expansion

Brisbane based architectural practice, Architectural Collaborative is set to undergo a long-awaited renovation and expansion to their local Fortitude Valley studio.

Italian native and Archcollab Director, Dario Dell’Annunziata said that the expansion has been a long time coming and will assist with growth the company has seen over the past year. “We’ve seen the construction industry going crazy over the past 6 months and we’ve had a few new additions to our awesome team to keep up with the demand. I’m excited, the team have done a wonderful job of bringing our vision to reality, and it only makes sense to add a bar fridge strictly for Peroni’s – I can’t stand that Stone & Wood stuff the guys here drink.

Practice Manager and Principal Interior Designer, Alison Dell’Annunziata led the interior design of the new office refurb with a clear vision in mind “The new design focuses on the well-being of our staff. We’ve seen the poor eating habits some of the team have, so out with the microwaves and instant coffee, and in with a wood fired pizza oven and Mokas!”

ArchCollab Project Architect, Adam Perring is excited about the Italian-influenced renovations “I think it’s exciting times! I’m not really knowledgeable when it comes to Italian culture, I know they have a soccer team that is allergic to World Cups, but that’s about it. Looking forward to learning some more!”

With the final stages of approvals underway, construction is set to commence on Thursday, 2nd June.
